Pet-Friendly Stays
Sanibel is one of Florida's most dog-friendly islands, and we're a dog-friendly stay on it. Leashed pups are welcome on the beach and at plenty of patios around town. A pet fee applies — we'll share the details when you book.
Patios & Fire Pit
Our shared outdoor space is made for slow evenings — comfortable seating, a fire pit, and the kind of star-filled sky you only get on an island with dark-sky lighting rules.
Fully Equipped Kitchens
Every suite has a renovated, fully equipped kitchen. Pick up fresh local shrimp, cook it your way, and eat on the patio — or let Old Town's restaurants do the work.
On-site Parking
Free parking for all guests at the rear of the building. Park once — nearly everything worth doing on the east end is a walk or bike ride away.

The neighborhood
Located on the East End of Sanibel. The beach is a 3-minute walk at the end of the street. The iconic Sanibel Lighthouse is less than 5 minutes on foot. Directly across the street: Wickie's restaurant, an ice cream shop, and retail stores including Tuttles and EmOcean beachwear. The Causeway is a quick 5-minute drive for easy on-and-off island access.
